Even though it might seem daunting, seeking support can be an excellent decision for your daily well-being. That’s why my primary goal is to create a safe space where you can express yourself with confidence.


I am a psychologist and psychotherapist. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University Rafael Landívar, Guatemala, and a Master’s degree in Health Psychology and Psychopathology from the University of Lille, France


Together, we will explore your emotions, deepening in the factors that influence them, and we will implement effective actions  to enhance your daily life.

 

My approach is integrative, combining various psychotherapy methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, gestalt therapy, EFT, family therapy, and other proven approaches tailored to your needs.

During this session, the psychologist will ask you many questions to understand you better and gain insight into your environment and life experience. After gathering all this information, the therapist will analyze it carefully. In the next sessions, she will propose strategies for moving forward. This is where the adventure of therapy really begins.


The upcoming sessions will provide you with the opportunity to tailor the strategies as the weeks unfold, fostering the development of essential skills to address the underlying reasons for your consultation in the long term.

The number of sessions needed depends on the nature of your reason for consultation. Once the psychologist has evaluated the factors involved, she will provide you with personalized information.


The duration of treatment can vary, spanning from 2 to 40 sessions, with intervals ranging from a few days to several months between meetings.


What is the duration of an appointment? ⏳

As for the session length, it typically falls within the range of 50 to 60 minutes.

It’s crucial for the initial sessions to be weekly to enhance the effectiveness of the evaluation.

 

Once you begin to see results, it’s possible to space out the sessions at intervals of two weeks to a month to consolidate achievements.

 

You and your psychologist can adjust the session frequency based on your needs and the phase of the intervention.

I employ an integrative approach, blending various psychotherapy methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, gestalt therapy, EFT, family therapy, and other techniques that I customize to meet your specific needs.
