Using this website
This is the website of Alejandra Calderon, psychologist and psychotherapist. It presents her services and provides access to educational resources. Visiting its public pages does not, by itself, create a therapeutic relationship.
The private space requires sign-in and activation of a personal code provided by the administrator and linked to your email address. Questions submitted within the programme are not public; only selected, reworded shared answers are made available to participants.
This website and its assistant are not emergency services. If there is immediate danger, contact the emergency services where you are physically located.
Sessions from abroad require prior checks on the rules applicable to the physical location of the session and professional insurance coverage. Nationality does not determine eligibility.
Personal data
Data controller: Alejandra Calderon. For questions or to exercise your rights, contact:
alejandra.calderon.dl@gmail.comBrowsing the public website requires neither an account nor clinical records. The assistant offers predefined answers, collects no free text and keeps the conversation temporarily in the page’s memory. Territory selection and time conversion happen in your browser and are not sent to the server.
The private space processes your email address, sign-in information, access code, reading progress and educational questions you choose to submit. These are used to provide and secure programme access. Do not submit clinical records, intimate personal accounts or information about other people. The personal workbook is completed on your device or on paper; answers are not sent to the website.
Sign-in sessions last up to 30 days for accounts and 12 hours for administration. A sign-in code expires after 10 minutes. Language preference may be saved for one year. Questions, access records and progress remain linked to the account until deleted under programme management; contact the practice to request deletion or learn the retention period applicable to your access.
Providers and external services
The website uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare D1 and R2 services. Resend sends sign-in codes. Depending on enabled options, sign-in through ChatGPT, Google or Microsoft may be available. Doctolib separately manages bookings and video consultations; WhatsApp manages messages sent through its app. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. Avoid sending health information through WhatsApp or email.
The practice must verify providers’ contractual safeguards, processing locations, any transfers outside the European Economic Area and the scope of HDS certification. This website does not claim HDS certification and is not intended to host clinical records.
Any YouTube videos load only after an explicit click. Playback sends technical data to YouTube; consult its privacy policy before continuing.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability or objection to processing. Contact the practice at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
CNILAudience measurement and your right to object
The website measures visits, page views and button use to improve its content and navigation. Measurement operates without a consent banner unless you opt out. It is not used for advertising, campaign measurement or conversions. You can opt out below. Previous refusals are retained.
Loading your preference…
This choice applies to this browser and website address. It stays saved until you change it or clear browser data. It does not affect your programme access.
Data and retention periods
New measurements are added to daily counters by page and button, with no visitor identifier or individual history. Reports round totals to tens and suppress small counts. No name, email, form content, IP address or advertising parameter is stored in these counters. The private programme and this page are excluded. Counters are kept for 90 days. Earlier consent-based measurements retain their original 90-day retention period.
The browser stores visit times only, to estimate new visits after 30 minutes of inactivity, with an absolute 24-hour limit. These times are not sent to the server. A random number unique to each submission prevents duplicates; it is kept for up to 24 hours during processing and is not linked to a page or visitor. Your opt-out remains saved in this browser until changed or cleared. The host’s technical processing for transmission and security is separate from these counters.
Audience measurement is limited to administering the website. No conversation, territory, account or private programme data is sent to these counters. Consent exemption depends on meeting the CNIL’s actual conditions; aggregation alone is not a certification.
